It was approaching 1 pm when I came back down the leisure centre stairs after teaching my late morning yoga class in the upstairs studio.
Three of my students were sitting together over coffee and as I approached, one of them announced, "We were just discussing how you've changed our lives."
"Really," I said, "Can you be bit more specific?" For two of them it was changes to the way they breathe and for the third how she can now much better handle stress.
They'd done it themselves, of course. How wonderful, and as always rather humbling, to be reminded of the power of yoga.
