Today a new student attends my sixty minute Tiddenfoot Wednesday afternoon class.
At the end of the class the students do a relaxed breathing practice before going into their final relaxation.
Once back to sitting she looks at me, holding a smile which shows no signs of abating, looking very relaxed, even a little spaced out.
I ask her how she got on. She replies, "That's the best thing I've ever done."
Next week she returns, bringing a friend with her to the class.
