Two young women attend my late evening leisure centre class for the second time.
As we settle for our 15 minute relaxation at the end of the class, one expresses concern that she will fall asleep in the relaxation as she had done previously.
I said this was OK as if the body needed to go to sleep then that was what it would do and assured her that this was fine.
In the event she fell asleep again. We spoke about it after the class and she reckoned that she had dropped off within about 2 minutes and not heard my voice thereafter.
She then told me that she had five children at home to which I said that in that case she had my full permission to go to sleep in the final relaxation every time!
She's doing brilliantly just to make the class, of course.
